Learning By Experience - Saturday Mentoring Program for Children
The Saturday Mentoring Program is
held year-round near the neighborhoods of our children. In a stable environment the children and youth, under the guidance of their mentors, develop the tools and skills they
need for healthy relationships and learning. Volunteers receive training and must be up to date with Safeguarding God's Children materials.
Visits to the Jail
The children can visit their incarcerated parent. These are supervised visits held in a specially designed PATCH (Parents and their Children) room filled with books, comfortable seating and games. Volunteers are needed to ride the bus and support the visits.
